web 2.0 tools

Wow there seems to be something for everyone and I guess knowing what is available is the first step in being able to find what you are looking for. I decided to investigate Picnik an online photo editor. I found it interesting but not what I was really looking for. I use Picasa and find it great for organising my photos and giving me easy access. It is very simple to email photos from Picasa and it automatically resizes them as well.
These are a few other sites that I thought sounded good or interesting. I did explore a few other sites at well but some seemed to be inhabited by 12 year olds and though they sounded fun didn't live up to expectations.

Wiki
Wiki a Hawaiian word for fast was originally described as the simplest online database that could possibly work. Someone in another article suggested Wiki stood for What I Know Is! Oh well guess I'd better keep reading.
