Picked David up from the bus/train stop just after midnight on Friday. Got up there early and went to sleep while waiting for bus. Thought it better I go to sleep in the car than at home and not wake in time. Bus came and went and David didn’t realise I was there waiting. I didn’t hear a thing. Midnight rendezvous’ are not something I do on a regular basis. He couldn’t see me in the car as I had the seat laid back. He eventually worked out that it must be me and knocked on window. Weekend flew by and he is now on his way back home.
